 Day 1This is a sketch of my car design. My idea is to promote the "Thinga Majiger 2000" by having it demonstrate it's capabilities in outer space. |

 Day 2I began to work on my background by using 2 colors to blend by using the disort and twirl tool. |
 Day 3I used the magnetic lasso tool to outline and remove the Thinga Majiger from its white background |
 Day 4With the polygon tool I chose the star tool with 5 sides to make the background have a star |
 Day 5I placed the objects such as the earth,moon and car using the quick selection tool. |
 Day 6Using the Text toola nd the font tool,I finally added the title and chose a yellow shade of color for the text. |

 Day 3I chose 2 colors for my background and then I used the twirl tool to create this funky cool look. |  Day 4I colored my shoe in and added a few designs and then i played around with the background colors. |
 Day 5I added the text with the font Nightclub BTN but was unsure of of the twirl design so I chose a simple color background. |  Day 6I decided to add the twirl background to give it a bit more life to attract the viewer. I also finished filling in the shoe. |
For my graphic design project I chose a shoe. I searched for a shoe with a white background to make the process of extracting the picture easier. Then I began to learn how to use new tools such as the distort twirl tool which gave my background a nice combination of two colors and a neat swirl.My best friend for this project had to be the magnetic lasso tool. I used this tool to fill in and change the colors of the original shoe.
Although the process was fun I did encounter some difficulties. One of the most important features I had to remember was that layers are everything in Photoshop. They can either make or break your picture.To help myself continue expanding my skill I used my effective communicator skills and asked my peers for help. I also went online and researched and followed tutorials to gain more knowledge.
Graphic Design
I chose to design a car ad for my graphic design project . I chose "The Thinga Majinger 2000" from the Cat In The Hat as my car. I decided to create an outer space themed background because "The Thinga Majinger 2000" has a lot of abilities. With the helped of Photoshop and the magnetic tool, I started of my extracting the car from the original picture. Then i went on to create a swirl using the disort tool. Once again the magnetic tool ended up being my best friend along with the layers.
Although this process was fun, I did encounter a few issues that were easily resolved with the help of my peers. I was an effective communicator and a problem solver that in the end helped me finish my graphic design process.
Illustrator gave me the opportunity to be able to create my own product instead of getting it online and editing it. My favorite project was the shield of arms. I was able to create something that hasn't been made or uploaded online before.I also created my shield from scratch and incorporated a princess bubblegum unicorn.
I was able to use my problem solving skills when I encountered a problem, if I didn't know the solution I used my effective communicator skills to ask my peers. Time management was so essential because sometimes I would just get caught up in my work.
